What to Have Ready When You Call

If you can, having the following information available when you call helps us evaluate your case quickly:

• The date, time, and location of the accident
• A short description of how the accident happened
• The names and insurance information of any other parties involved
• The police or incident report number, if one was created
• The names of any doctors or hospitals where you have been treated
• Any photographs of the scene, your injuries, or property damage
• Any correspondence you have received from an insurance company

Important Note on Florida Deadlines

Florida shortened the statute of limitations on most negligence claims to two years in 2023, and certain claims (against government entities, against medical providers, in nursing-home cases) have even tighter pre-suit notice requirements.
